I honed my proposals expertise over nearly 7 years in the US Federal/DOD space, most recently as a Proposal Manager for the $5B AEC firm Black & Veatch. There, I led—and continue to support—DOD Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) proposals, with a focus on international counter-proliferation cooperation projects. I have also led proposals in domains spanning Training, Digital Transformation, Info Ops, Development, Facilities O&M, and Logistics & Rapid Response.
